Pulikkali ( Tiger play)
During Onam men dressed up as leopards and tigers prance around to the beat of drums. The figures of tigers and leopards are painted on their bellies. The dancers move their bellies in such a fashion that the faces of tigers and leopards painted on their bellies look alive.
